This schedule will provide you with descriptions, locations, and times for each event taking place at Anime USA. We’ve brought together an amazing group of musicians, voice actors, fashion designers, artists, cosplayers, educational guests, DJs, vendors, maids, and hosts to bring you an Anime USA like never before. Mention cupcakes to an MLP fan, and their reaction can range from glee to something akin to PTSD. Awareness of the dark side of brony fan fiction and art is not a necessary part of the fan experience, but it opens up an interesting line of questions as to why it exists, and what it says about both fans and fandom. This panel explores the idea of grimdark fictions through a lens of grotesque art, carnivale literature, and the influence of the Theatre du Grand Guignol. Definitely not for the faint of heart.
